Deposit policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. All appointments require a 50% deposit. This is 50% of the quoted amount for the first session. 100% of your deposit goes towards the final appointment. If your tattoo only takes one session it will be applied then. If it is a multiple session piece, the deposit is reimbursed on the final appointment.

The Consult:

After receiving your consultation form I will reach out ASAP to discuss when you’d like to meet in person to further discuss your tattoo idea. If you can’t meet in person we can orchestrate a meeting over Facebook messenger or FaceTime. During the consultation we will discuss what it is that we’re tattooing and look through reference photos together. I will then take pictures and/or measurements of the part of your body in which you would like to have the tattoo. After the deposit has been placed and we have discussed what day and time will work best for us to get started you are free to leave!

The Tattoo:

On the day of your tattoo I ask that you arrive well rested and satiated. Upon arrival you’ll be asked to fill out a release of liability form as standard procedure in all tattoo shops. I should be close to, if not already, ready to start your tattoo. If you’ve approved the design, then we’re ready to rock! If not, we can take a few moments to make some adjustments. If the design requires extensive re-working then you may be asked to pick a new day to receive your tattoo. For shorter sessions, I prefer to tattoo until completion with little to no breaks, unless you request one yourself. For half day sessions I try to consciously take a short break every 1-2 hours to stretch and hydrate. For full day sessions, short breaks every 1-2 hours and I will also have us take a longer lunch break around hour 4-5. When the tattoo is finished we will take some time to let your new tattoo relax and then take photos. After your photoshoot we will then bandage the tattoo. I use a second skin derm shield but if you have allergies to those types of bandages we can look to other methods.
